Advocacy Service is a free, independent and confidential service available to
all people with disabilities in County
Leitrim. The advocacy
service provides the client with an advocate who will support them to express
their wishes, represent them or negotiate on their behalf in relation to an
issue they may have difficulty with.

People who
use the service include people with a disability or mental health issue,
regardless of age or disability type living in County Leitrim.

your service different to that provided by others?

The
Leitrim Advocacy Service is an independent advocacy service for people with
disabilities. The service provides an advocate who works on the wishes of the
person with a disability only.

Advocacy service welcomes referrals from service providers and health care
