The Leitrim West Cavan Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland is organising a seminar on Special Education Needs and which will take place in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim on November 11th. This seminar has been organised by the Branch in conjunction with the HSE Learning Disability Service and The Education Centre in Carrick-on-Shannon and is being funded by Cross Border Links which is part of the Peace III programme being implemented by Leitrim County Council.
